Joint Replacement Surgery

Once you have made the decision to have surgery, you will need to complete the checklist for "Preparing tor Joint Replacement Surgery;" CLICK HERE to view the checklist.

Pre-Operative Joint Replacement Education (for hip, knee or shoulder surgery) is required prior to surgery. Topics in this education class include pain after surgery, what to expect during your stay, your goals after surgery and finally, your discharge plan. We offer the following options for the class: 

  1. Pre-recorded Class Video

  2. Mondays, 9am (virtual class online)

Spine Surgery

We encourage all spine surgery patients to attend a Spine Surgery Pre-operative Education Class. The interactive, two-hour class teaches participants what to expect before, during and after surgery. With this knowledge, you are better able to participate in your care plan.

Orthopedic Surgery Discharge Class

Orthopedic surgery patients and their caregivers are encouraged to watch this video with important discharge information. (Watching it does not fulfill the Pre-Op Class Requirement.)
