Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. Strawberry, fresh and stemmed, cut in ½
  • 4 oz. Jicama, julienne 
  • 4 oz. Cucumber, seedless diced small 
  • 1 Tablespoon, jalapeño, seeded diced small 
  • 1 Teaspoon mint, cut in thin ribbons. 
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice, fresh 
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon, honey 
  • 1 Teaspoon Poppy seeds


Preparation

1. Toss all ingredients together and plate
