Join Sarasota Memorial’s physicians and healthcare professionals in HealthConnection. Located on the hospital’s first floor, HealthConnection is a welcoming community space that offers informative health and wellness events.

Mind + Body Connection

Use it or lose it! This class will take participants through a series of exercises to keep our mind and body active. Separated into four 15-minute increments, class will begin with a total body movement series, a discussion on the Wellness Wheel and how to nurture the six dimensions of your wellbeing, a brain booster session, and an overview of what SMH has to offer the community.

There is no charge to attend, but Reservations are Required as seating is limited. Free and open to the Public
