Join Sarasota Memorial’s physicians and healthcare professionals in HealthConnection. Located on the hospital’s first floor, HealthConnection is a unique, welcoming space that offers informative health and wellness events.

Are looking to increase joy in your life? Research has shown that mindfulness and meditation can improve overall health and wellbeing. You will learn effective techniques for coping with stress, inducing relaxation, and overall increasing your quality of life! Tools and resources will be provided.
