CONFERENCE OVERVIEW
SMHCS and FSU College of Medicine are collaborating to host the 2025 SMHCS
Interprofessional Research Conference. This event symbolizes the growing research capacity and culture at SMHCS. Featuring a keynote speaker, oral, and poster presentations on a variety of healthcare topics that will appeal to an interprofessional audience. Awards will be given to select clinicians that embody the innovative research culture at SMHCS.
CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES
Describe emerging local and regional interprofessional research, evidence-based practice
(EBP), quality improvement (QI), and clinical innovation projects. Identify opportunities to integrate new evidence into current practice. Recognize the rationale for specific project designs in generating practice evidence (research, EBP, QI, and clinical innovation).
TARGET AUDIENCE
All healthcare professionals, academic and community partners, and students are encouraged to attend.
