SMH Employees Named 2024 Patient Care Honorees by HealthCare Chaplaincy Network

SARASOTA, Fla. (Dec. 19, 2024) – Five Sarasota Memorial Health Care System employees have been named 2024 Patient Care Honorees by the HealthCare Chaplaincy Network (HCCN), a global nonprofit organization promoting a holistic approach to healthcare that emphasizes spiritual care and compassion for those facing illness and grief. Honorees are recognized for excellence in patient care and extraordinary service that goes beyond the physical and exemplifies “Caring for the Human Spirit.”

This year’s 19 honorees come from across the United States, from California to Florida, as well as British Columbia.

SMH employees celebrated this year as 2024 Patient Care Honorees include:
