Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Smoked salmon, sliced
- 4 Cucumbers, seedless (peel on three sides and slice 1 and ¾ inch)
- 1 oz. yogurt with dill (combine 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon dill chopped, 1 Tablespoon Greek yogurt)
- 1 Teaspoon capers
- 4 Heirloom grape Tomatoes, sliced very thin
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon, ground
Preparation
- Place cucumber slices flat and add a small amount of dill yogurt to slice
- Roll sliced Salmon into a rose like shape, place on top
- Garnish with caper and tomato
