Smoked Salmon Cucumber Canape

Total prep & cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. Smoked salmon, sliced
  • 4 Cucumbers, seedless (peel on three sides and slice 1 and ¾ inch) 
  • 1 oz. yogurt with dill (combine 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon dill chopped, 1 Tablespoon Greek yogurt)
  • 1 Teaspoon capers
  • 4 Heirloom grape Tomatoes, sliced very thin
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon, ground


Preparation

  1. Place cucumber slices flat and add a small amount of dill yogurt to slice
  2. Roll sliced Salmon into a rose like shape, place on top
  3. Garnish with caper and tomato
