Root Beer Chicken Slider Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs, large boneless
3 cups Root Beer
2 Tablespoons ginger
1 Tablespoon cilantro
1 cup pineapple juice
1 Teaspoon coriander
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
8 brioche slider buns
One slice of fresh pineapple, per slider
One thin slice of red onion, per slider
¼ of a slice of provolone cheese per slider
1 Teaspoon orange marmalade per slider
Root Beer Chicken Slider Preparation
- Combine all ingredients and toss with chicken
- Marinate in fridge for 2-3 hours
- Transfer to a covered oven dish and cook in the oven at 350 degrees until chicken has reached 165 degrees
- Remove chicken and pull apart
- Toss with remaining sauce in oven dish
- Divide hot pulled chicken onto each toasted bun
- Top with pineapple, red onion, provolone, and orange marmalade

- Place in oven safe tray and roast potatoes until tender at 375 degrees
- Remove potatoes and allow to cool

- Fold in mustard, vegan mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and ground celery seed
