- 6 oz. Oatmeal, Rolled Oats
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2/3 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients and allow to stand for 20 minutes.
Note: Food coloring gel and/or fruit can be added to oats to create colored layers.
