Join our Conversation with the Experts at Health Connection located on the hospital first floor.It’s a comfortable setting for free, informative talks by Sarasota Memorial’s own physicians and health care professionals.  

 Join us for a Tai Chi-inspired exercise and movement class. Classes are led by a SMH Physical Therapy Assistant and Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist. Learn tips for improving balance, flexibility, and concentration.

There is no charge to attend, but Reservations are required as seating is limited. Free and open to the Public
