Sarasota Memorial is moving full speed ahead on building a new hospital at Laurel and Pinebrook roads, in Venice, Fla., just off Interstate-75. Take an animated tour of the planned 65-acre campus, which will feature 90 private suites for acute-care patients, 20 private suites for observation patients, an Emergency Care Center with 28 treatment rooms, a 10-bed Labor & Delivery/postpartum unit, a dedicated operating room for obstetrical procedures, and medical offices for physicians and outpatient care.
Services will include emergency care, obstetrics, medical, surgical and intensive care units, cardiac catheterization/ interventional services, endoscopy, respiratory services, infusion/chemotherapy services, rehabilitation, radiology/imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, and other clinical services, as well as a full complement of outpatient services.
