SMH Appoints Jen Rosati as its new Chief Financial Officer

SARASOTA, Fla. (Feb. 18, 2025) – Sarasota Memorial Health Care System has appointed Jen Rosati as Chief Financial Officer, effective Feb. 17, 2025.Jen Rosati

Rosati, who previously served as Sarasota Memorial’s Vice President of Financial Operations, has nearly 20 years of comprehensive health care financial management. Before joining Sarasota Memorial in June of 2024, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Before that, she led the Corporate Finance Department at Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida. A Certified Public Accountant, Rosati began her career in Finance at Ernst & Young, serving as a Lead Audit Manager focused on the health care industry and compliance with statutory reporting requirements. Rosati grew up in Nokomis, graduated high school in Osprey and attended the University of Miami, where she graduated with a B.B.A in Accounting and Finance.

Rosati succeeds Jeff Limbocker, who was appointed CFO in 2022. He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer last May and has been serving in a temporary dual role as COO and CFO. With Rosati’s appointment, Limbocker will now focus exclusively on his role as COO during a time of critical growth for the health system. He continues to oversee daily operations for the health system, ensure services and programs align with the health system’s strategic plans, and will play a key part in SMH’s upcoming transition to the Epic health record platform, development of a new hospital in North Port and other growth projects.
