Join Sarasota Memorial’s physicians and healthcare professionals in HealthConnection. Located on the hospital’s first floor, HealthConnection is a unique, welcoming space that offers informative health and wellness events.

We will discuss the two most common types of diabetes: type 1 and type 2. Led by a SMH Diabetes Educator/Registered Dietitian, Micki Nadelson, learn about the difference between autoimmune and metabolic diabetes, while discussing incidence, treatment, and progression.

All HealthConnection events are free and open to the public. RSVP is requested, as seating is limited.
