A registered dietitian and health-wellness coach from the RENEW Program at SMH will unlock the secrets to healthy joints and bones. Gain exercise insights and nutrition tips, and learn about the impact that hydration, flexibility, strength training, calcium-rich foods, vitamin D and nutritious snacks can have on bone and joint health.

There is no charge to attend, but Reservations requested as seating is limited. Free and open to the Public
