Join Sarasota Memorial’s physicians and healthcare professionals in HealthConnection. Located on the hospital’s first floor, HealthConnection is a welcoming community space that offers informative health and wellness events.

Mind + Body Connection

Use it or lose it! This class will take participants through a series of exercises to keep our mind and body active. Separated into four 15-minute increments, class will begin with a total body movement series, a discussion on strategies to improve your sleep hygiene, a brain booster session, and an overview of SMH what it has to offer our community.

All HealthConnection events are free and open to the public. RSVP is Required, as seating is limited.
