Join Sarasota Memorial’s physicians and healthcare professionals in HealthConnection. Located on the hospital’s first floor, HealthConnection is a unique, welcoming space that offers informative health and wellness events.

 Every adult should be empowered to create, communicate, and have their medical care wishes honored. This talk will focus on choosing a healthcare surrogate, making medical choices, and defining what a full life means to you. Advance Life Planning allows you to personalize your care and helps to guide your family in honoring your wishes. Tidewell Hospice will provide the living will document and guide.
