 Tai Chi-Inspired Group Exercise

Join us for a Tai Chi-inspired exercise and movement class. Classes are led by a SMH Physical Therapy Assistant and Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist. Learn tips for improving balance, flexibility, and concentration.
