Stickney Point Urgent Care Open House
Join us for a fun-filled Grand Opening 9 am-noon Saturday, Aug. 13, at Sarasota Memorial’s Urgent Care Center at Stickney Point, 6331 S. Tamiami Trail. Meet the physicians, enjoy family-friendly activities and a teddy bear clinic (bring a stuffed animal for a check-up!), bounce house, music, games, characters, clowns, and more. Sarasota/Manatee Heart Walk
The local chapter of the American Heart Association will host its annual Heart Walk at 9 am Sept. 24 at Payne Park, 2050 Adams Lane, Sarasota. Activities begin at 7:30 am. Healing Hearts

School Sports Physicals - Just $20
Sarasota Memorial is offering $20 school sports physicals at its three urgent care centers through Oct. 31: Heritage Harbour, 1040 River Heritage Blvd., Bradenton (941-917-6440), University Parkway, 2401 University Parkway (941-917-1234) and Stickney Point, 6331 S. Tamiami Trail (941-917-5678). No appointments necessary.
